We need to keep up. More importantly, the way our children learn needs to evolve and adapt with the changing world. Becoming more outcome driven, we can ensure that our children have the right skills to take on the world with confidence and self-belief. In today's changing world, it's too difficult to know what is the best skill to learn TODAY which will be beneficial TOMORROW. To counter this challenge we propose "Outcome based learning" that encourages children to focus on the end goal, collecting valuable and more importantly relevant skills and learnings along the way.
